Inside My Head show number 42

Ever had to deal with really bad customers? In today’s show I share one story of a bad customer I’ve had to deal with. I talk a little about what other companies have done with their bad customers, and attempt to define exactly what a “bad customer” is.

Share your bad customer stories with a comment on this page, and I will include it in my next Inside My Head show.

Today’s Haiku of Frustration is called: “Too Needy”

Get your very own copy of Haiku of Frustration: Wage Slave, in a pocket sized book, or a download to your computer. Enjoy 98 Haiku of Frustration about working at a retail job, and the misery it breeds.

Here are the links to the articles/blogs I mentioned in today’s show:

Best Buy fires customers.

Sprint fires customers too.

Fire your bad customers.

Music by:
The Divine Madness, with a song called “Dust”.

and music by:
Pablo Perez, with a song called “Customer Service”.

and music by:
Rebecca Haviland, with a song called “Sleep”.

…so much more to do before I can go to sleep tonight….

Note: I just realized right now (Jan seventeen, 2008), that I had completely screwed up the numbering of the shows almost immediately after NaPodPoMo ended. I have fixed this now in the blog, but, have no idea what number I stated belonged to what show in the actual podcasts. Oops!

This is why I don’t run cash registers. ;)
