Construction

Inside My Head show number Fifty! :)

Instead of doing what I usually do in a typical Inside My Head Show, I decided to mix things up a little. This show contains a “soundscape” of the damned Construction workers, and all their noisemaking, dust creating, hole digging equipment that annoyed me and Shawno, greatly, overnight one night. Yes, they started working at night, and stayed on through until morning. Fun, fun, fun!

Listen as we try and discover answers to important questions, such as:
*What are they hoping to find under the street?
*What is so special about whatever is under the street that compels them to create more and more big holes?
*How many construction workers does it take to use a shovel?
and
*Just how many times are they going to move that blue pipe from one end of the street to the other?

You can actually hear my breathing get worse as the recording goes on. Fun!

Missing my Haiku of Frustration poems? Not to worry!
Haiku of Frustration: Wage Slave is waiting for you.
98 poems describing the particular circle of hell called “retail sales work”, available in a pocket sized book, or as a download. Whatever suits your style. ;)
