I can’t believe how horrible your bookstore job sounds. These managers sound totally incompetent and totally without empathy. Maybe a substitute teaching job in your town would be better than your inner city teaching (I’m really interested in checking out that book you’re writing). I really wish you luck on your job search.

I agree with Rowley. You shouldn’t worry about the job so much.

This is stupid, but not only am I a professional podcast guest, I’m turning into a professional podcast feedback writer!
Jen, I know what it’s like being in a job that you really don’t want to go to anymore. I’ve been in my job for 13yrs now and I want out. Working 16 months straight without a holiday/vacation/break has probably contributed to me coming to this decision, but it needs to be done! Anyway, a new job will come your way. It never comes as fast as you want, but it will happen!
Doctors down here jump at writing workers compensation certificates. They get to charge insurance companies a higher fees!
Remember, Jen’s are beautiful girls. I should know, my eldest daughter is a Jen!

Hi Jen,
It’s horrible to be in a job you don´t like.
Just get out of the bookstore, it sounds like is that particular and company is the problem.
If you like teaching that’s what you should be doing. Hope you get that job.
Other idea could be to search for “the best companies to work for” lists.
I had heard that starbuck is a good one.
Well hope you don’t get sick again.
And I’m glad that you continue making podcast.
Saludos desde México.
