I cannot understand this whole interview process. To be really honest with you, it bloody disgusting that they are not being forth coming at all and not answering your questions. You actaully have a right to know how much you will be paid, minimum working hours etc. If you do get the job and end up taking and they ask for feedback regarding the interview process, I’d give them a full broadside! It seems to me that these people either have no idea about modern interviews and are still living in the 1950s or they’ve had some previous bad experiences. Either way they’re not making themselves look like attractive employers.
I’m coming out from comfort zone as Professional Podcast Guest and I’ll be podcasting daily for NaPodPoMo!!!! Seriously! The plan is that it will be on Erk Pod Mini feed. Mmmm. Think I better get some practice in before next month!
Love the show as always! Need to hear some more of that “best laugh in podcasting” though.
