Since B & N don’t really have a presence here in the UK the only time I’ve ever been in one was when I waws in Washington last year. I was buying a book that wasn’t due out in the UK until much later (if at all), and despite the fact I clearly had a English accent I was asked if I wanted to sign up for the club. Surely they don’t have to ask the foreigners?
