Yep, I got the flu for the 1st time at age 43. My mom was sick all the time as a kid, it kinda ruined her childhood so she wanted to make sure me and my sister didn’t have to go through the same thing. She gave us fish oil, made us sleep with the windows open even during the winter and made sure we got plenty of fresh vegetables and no fast food. We also got all immunization shots and I don’t think I’ve ever been sick before
