Im back from an unexpected hiatus. Been super busy lately writing, writing, and, oh, yeah.. writing. Was super tired and on extra allergy medication when I recorded this episode, in the wee hours of the morning. An alternate title for this episode could be : “Jen Babbles On”.
Got some excellent music for you to listen to!
* Loomis & The Lust , with a song called “A.D.D.”
You gotta check out the amazing video for the song “A.D.D.”:
Shawn and I went to check it out at Downtown Brew in SLO last week. It was so much fun! You can check out photos that Shawn took of the bands at this show at Shawnogram.
The Surf Roots Tour is still going on. I rattled off a list of where this tour is going in the next couple of months in my show. If I went too fast, or if you just want more information about the tour, click on the link and check it out.

And finally, here is this week’s Inside My Head episode:
Here’s a quick little video of one of my cockatiels, Pepper, singing. He starts to do a little dance that is unique to him. If you listen closely, you can hear him say “nastybird”, which is his nickname.
This is the Halloween episode! I don’t think I’ve ever done one of those before on Inside My Head. Halloween is just a few days away, so, I am getting this podcast in just under the wire. Better late than never, I suppose.
Today’s Haiku of Frustration is called: “Anytime Now”. Seemed appropriate, as I was recording this episode of Inside My Head moments before the US Government was supposed to call me in regards to Unemployment Insurance.

Today’s Haiku of Frustration is called “I Searched”. Add your own Haiku of Frustration about whatever is bugging you at Haiku of Frustration dot com
Need more haiku? You can still get my book :Haiku of Frustration: Wage Slave, the first book I ever published. It’s got 98 little haiku about the frustrations of working in retail hell, and it’s pocket sized! Think of it as the Wage Slave’s Book of Psalms!

Inside My Head Podcast show number 92.
Yeah, I know I said it was show number 91 on the show. It’s not. This is not the first time I have screwed up the show number.
I’ve not done an IMH podcast at all since school started. This episode will tell you what has been keeping me away from recording, as well as some interesting things that have happened at my (former) job.
Yes, you read that right, I am now unemployed!
For play by play details about just how and when that happened, listen to Hyper Nonsense.
Music on this show by:
* Black Sabbath, with a song called “Ironman”
I didn’t play the whole song, but you can here it in this video:

This video shows an interview with Kyle Dine, telling about what he does, why he made songs for kids about allergies, and what inspired the song “Epi Man”. He sings “Epi Man”, live, on this video.
* Underwhelmed, with a song called “Freak Like Me”.
Better late than never!
I’ve had some major allergy problems in the past few weeks, and also had one of my little birdies pass away. This has kept me from podcasting, until today. You can hear in my voice that I am having problems breathing. Don’t worry… it’s only temporary.
There is no haiku of frustration in this episode. I simply didn’t write one.

Mostly, I have been spending my time off work relaxing, and doing many of the things I have been meaning to take time to do, or to go, or to see, or to finally eat at. It’s been nice.
Today’s Haiku of Frustration is called : “Went Stupid For A Minute”. Got something that is frustrating you? Send it to Haiku of Frustration dot com.
